Service Description

At Culturally Diverse Counseling Center, we offer an intake service to help asses the clients clinical and psychological needs. Our intake process begins with a brief phone consultation, during which we will ask you some questions about your reasons for seeking therapy, your availability, and any preferences you may have for a therapist's gender, race, or therapeutic approach.

Cancellation Policy

If you, the client, cannot keep an appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. The client will be responsible for paying a $100 cancellation fee if 24 hours notice is not applied. If possible, when you, the client, call to cancel your session, your counselor will collaborate with you to find another time to reschedule within the week, and again no fee will be charged.
