Introducing the WHY AM I?™ Series

YOUR VOICE MATTERS. YOUR FEELINGS MATTER. WHO YOU ARE MATTERS
The WHY AM I?™ Series is a collection of interactive game books that helps people explore their feelings, discover their strengths, and put their experiences into words. Each book meets readers at a different stage of life, with activities that invite conversation, creativity, and self-discovery. Participants can share in ways that feel comfortable to them—and they can ask for help or pass when they need to.
WHY AM I?™ LITTLE EXPLORERS | AGES 2–7
Big feelings can be hard for little ones to explain. Through feelings cards, pictures, simple choices, and playful activities, Little Explorers helps young children recognize emotions, express what they need, and begin to use their voice. A trusted adult can join them in pointing, talking, drawing, or moving through each activity.
WHY AM I?™ KIDS | AGES 7–12
Children have stories, questions, strengths, and feelings that deserve to be heard. Across five Discovery Paths, WHY AM I?™ KIDS invites them to explore who they are, how they feel, the people in their lives, and who they are growing into. Children can talk, draw, imagine, and reflect while earning Growth Stars along the way.
WHY AM I?™ | AGES 13 AND OLDER
Self-discovery does not end in childhood. Designed for teens and adults, this book uses interactive prompts to explore identity, emotions, values, relationships, and the choices that shape our lives. Readers can name a feeling, recognize a strength, look at a situation in a new way, and consider their next step.
FOR THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT THEM
The Series can help parents, caregivers, educators, counselors, mentors, and other trusted adults open meaningful conversations at home, in schools, and in groups. Facilitator guides offer additional support for leading the activities thoughtfully.
